Don Bosco Congo: school management contract for the Mwenda school renewed
The fund is continuing its support for the school in the village of Mwenda in the DRC, run by the Don Bosco network, with a grant of €8,200 for the current school year.
A partnership built on trust
The Don Bosco network has been established for decades in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where it runs educational and training centres for vulnerable young people.
The school in Mwenda
In this remote village, the Don Bosco school welcomes dozens of pupils who would otherwise have no access to education. Our support covers:
- teachers’ salaries,
- school supplies,
- meals served on site.
The ‘Demain’ Commitment
Financial sponsorship for 2024: €8,200 — commitment renewed for 2025.
